1. Agreement Acceptance
By accessing the Abaixo Software House website, submitting project inquiries, or executing client master service agreements (MSA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated in individual Master Service Agreements, all customized software code, design tokens, architectural diagrams, and documentation delivered to paying clients become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon final payment settlement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Timely Data Access: Providing necessary API keys, credentials, and domain access for project execution.
- Feedback Milestones: Reviewing design sprints and code deliverables within agreed review windows.
- Compliant Content: Ensuring provided media, data assets, and copy comply with copyright laws.
4. Service Guarantees & Code Warranty
We warrant that all software delivered by Abaixo is free of known critical vulnerabilities at deployment time and conforms to agreed functional specifications. We provide a 90-day post-launch warranty period for defect remediation.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Abaixo Software House be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, unauthorized domain access, or client server misconfigurations.
